Kotobukiya Ichinose Kotomi

Figurine courtesy of Bakaboi. Camera: Panasonic DMC-FX12

This is the winning shot inside Sunshine Plaza. I had a piece of paper pasted over the flash, but it wasnt strong enough to reduce the flash. Luckily Bakaboi has a piece of name card which effectively dimmed the flash. ^_^
And now, Kotomi-chan is going to give us a violin recital.
She seems to be in a good condition.

This shot would had been win, if not for the annoying big building on the left. In fact i noticed now that most of the pictures had that building there in the background >_<.
Well, there's always photoshop. Maybe I'll post a shopped one later in the forums.
(Megami 97 if I'm in the mood ^_^)

7 Punchlines:
She looks weird without her violin.. even more so at the angle of the first picture.
BUT- with the violin on, I think she looks good. Not great, but good.
actually there's a second set of hands for kotomi-chan where she's holding a book. we just didnt take it out to play :)
pity the rough finishing of the hair though.
wow abao great outdoor shots u have there! i love it!
i want kotomi as well! where did u get it? KKnM? yesterday when i was there i didn't see it. orz
@Gordon:
Thx gordon ^_^
Though we didnt really spend much effort and time. We just walked and took pictures when we saw something of value.
Around 2:15pm I still Kotomi-chan waiting for her Tomoya-kun at KKnM.
abao,
when u are free, do drop by the forum and look at my reply. need a favour from u.
btw some suggestions for future shots. can the kotomi's base be taken out? cos if u were to take full body shot, best is take out the base. the picture will look nicer without the base. it creates a feeling the figure in blending in with the surrounding.
if the base cannot be remove or the figure cannot stand without the base then u can just shoot her above the legs. careful not to get the base into the picture.
i really love the last shot, what is that building? a church? concert hall?
@gordon: her base can be taken out, but I'm not sure whether she can stand without the base.
As for the pics, I'll make a tarball and yousentit asap. What I posted were the best though =)
@Abao,
Ahh.. A second set of hands explains it, then. Sounds good to me.
