FireFox Plugin - No Script

Although this plugin has been around for a long time, I've only discovered it around 2 months ago. This is a wonderful plugin in my opinion.

It blocks JavaScript by default for all websites that you visit, meaning that if you used any JavaScript language in the webpage, they will not work. While it means that some of the nice effects or animations that you see on some webpages will not show up, it also means that many of the dangers of the internet: pop-up/pop-under advertisment, installation of macilious software upon visiting some website (think virus, trojan horse, spyware, worm) and probably others that I never heard of before will not get into your machine, unless, you allowed them in.

Definitely recommended for all FireFox users. A tip when allowing websites: don't allow the root of the site unless you are absolutely sure that the entire site is safe. If you want to allow a site, eg. google.com, then you should allow http://www.google.com
