Thus in 20 years time,
I remember for years 1980 to 2000, the births were dropping non-stop except for the dragon year (50k births), Snake (Can't rmb but I think its a good year also, some 50k too?), Horse (40k), Lamb (40k). The average of the other years is somewhere between 30k.
